We are proud to serve the Omaha community and offer the following specialty, group fitness experiences made available through community outreach efforts.
Inclusive Fitness
Let the fun begin! We are proud to support the Special Olympics Nebraska organization and its athletes. This reduced-price Inclusive Fitness program is specially designed for neurodiverse individuals aged 13 and above. Our one-hour group fitness classes are led by certified coaches and are held every Saturday at noon.

The Phoenix Fitness
We have your back and we support you. This complimentary fitness program is designed for adults 18 and over who are actively engaged in their recovery and committed to maintaining a sober, active lifestyle. Our one-hour, coach-led, Phoenix Fitness classes are held every Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
