01. Wellness and Nutrition Education Campaigns

Trusted 60-day wellness and nutrition education campaign:

Each employee will receive daily health, wellness, and nutrition education via specialized, 60-day automated lifecycle campaign

Advanced technology body composition analysis:

Each employee will have the opportunity to check-in and have their body composition tested (weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, and water) three times during the 60-day campaign on our advanced technology InBody 570 body composition analysis machine

Exclusive nutrition and active lifestyle challenge:

Each employee will have the opportunity to participate in a 30-day nutrition challenge during the 60-day campaign aimed to help employees achieve maximum results, cash prizes will be paid out to first and second-place winners.

Proven fitness programs and gym access:

Each employee will have access to our 7:15 AM Fit 45 and 11:15 AM Fit 30 group fitness classes for the duration of the 60-day campaign (gym access can be extended beyond 60 days upon request).
